The School Zone hopes to broaden young New Zealanders knowledge of Wheat growing, the Flour Milling process, and some of the great food products which have flour and flour products as a key ingredient. We hope that it generates interest in our industry and helps School Children with projects that they maybe working on.
In the School Zone, you can learn about wheat and how it is grown, how wheat is then processed in a flour mill to become flour and other products, and how flour is used in baking to make bread and other everyday products that we eat.
